1. What does this notice cover?

This notice describes how Urban-Air Port ("Urban-Air Port ", "we", "us" or "our") processes your personal data. It also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing which Urban-Air Port carries out. More information about your rights, and how to exercise them, is set out in the "Your choices and rights" section.

This notice applies to the users of the Urban-Air Port website. The data processing described in this notice may be limited as required by applicable law.

We may also provide you with additional information when we collect personal data, where we feel it would be helpful to provide relevant and timely information.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect the following information about you when you visit our website and contact us:

  • information to identify you – such as your name, contact details and job title;

  • your marketing preferences including any consents you have given us;

  • the content of communications you send us;

3. Why we collect, use and store this personal data

We collect, use and store your personal data for the reasons set out below. 

  • To fulfil a contract, or take steps linked to a contract, that we have with you. This includes:

    • we will send you direct marketing communications such as newsletters to inform you about the latest Urban-Air Port projects;

What are cookies?

We use Google Analytics cookies to identify the frequency of use of certain areas of our website and to identify preferences

5. How we share your personal data

We will share your data with our affiliates and other companies of the Six Miles Across London Ltd group for administration purposes.

Personal data will also be shared with third party service providers, who will process it on our behalf for the purposes identified above. In particular, we use third party providers of website hosting, maintenance, and marketing services.

In the event that Urban-Air Port is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser's adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.

In the event that personal data is transferred outside of the UK or the EEA to an organisation in a country which is not subject to an adequacy decision by the EU Commission or considered adequate as determined by applicable data protection laws, we will take steps to ensure your personal information is adequately protected (e.g. by way EU Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses or a vendor's Processor Binding Corporate Rules or by relying on  such other data transfer mechanisms as available under applicable data protection laws).

6. Your choices and rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide in a structured, machine readable format. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement).

These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep. If you have unresolved concerns, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority where you live, work or believe a breach has taken place. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office

Data that is mandatory is indicated on relevant forms that you complete. Where provision of data is mandatory, if relevant data is not provided, then we will not be able to fulfil your requests to make a purchase or otherwise engage with Urban-Air Port. All other provision of your information is optional.

7. How long we retain your personal data

Where we process personal data for direct marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future. 

Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the data for 6 years from your last interaction with us.

8. Updates to this privacy notice

We reserve the right to update this privacy notice at any time, and we will provide you with a new privacy notice when we make any substantial updates. We may also notify you in other ways from time to time about the processing of your personal information.
