Founder, Executive Chairman & Board Director
Ricky founded Urban-Air Port after a distinguished 20 year career in architecture, including 16 years as equity Partner with award-winning architecture & design practice Foster + Partners. Ricky’s last two simultaneously led projects were the Hamad International Airport (HIA) expansion for Qatar Airways, the Worlds Best Airline and Worlds Best Airport and Europe’s largest infrastructure project at the time, the Slussen redevelopment in central Stockholm a multi domain, highly integrated land, marine and subterranean transport interchange.
He then went onto support Arup’s global aviation business, helped establish Arup Architecture as a design led brand and designed UK’s 1st dedicated EV charging station for Gridserve Energy - the Electric Forecourt, in Braintree.
Prior to this Ricky worked at the worlds largest architecture and design firm Gensler, where he worked on multiple projects including GCHQ, the UK’s Government Communications Head Quarters.

Andrea has over 25 years experience in infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, aviation, transportation, logistics and master planning large & complex real estate developments, with a unique portfolio established at the world’s leading design practices including Foster + Partners, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, Grimshaw and Wilkinson Eyre.
Andrea led the Battersea Power Station regeneration project and Lusail City in Qatar for the Qatar World Cup before joining Urban-Air Port.
Andrea led the design, development & construction of the now industry-defining & multi-patented Air-One - the worlds 1st fully operational vertiport for eVTOLs in a complex downtown location in Coventry, UK in 2022.

Supernal (a part of Hyundai Motor Group) Board Director
Jaeyong is the former Chief Strategy Officer at Supernal & now an Executive Advisor at Hyundai Motor Group. He led Supernal‘s partnerships and business teams globally and cemented the multi-million pound equity investment into Urban-Air Port as part of our Series A fundraise, that closed at a $43m valuation in 2024. His former role was Vice President of Advanced Air Mobility at Hyundai Motor Group and was second in command to Jaiwon Shin the former CEO of Supernal.
Prior to this he was GM of Strategy and Planning at KIA. Jaeyong also worked at Boston Consulting and Samsung C&T Corporation.
